Who to Contact?

* If you need the information to set up your account, correct household information, update contact information, or update transportation information -

Contact your child’s school. They will be happy to provide you with your Activation Key and instructions to easily set up your portal account.

* If you cannot remember your username or password -

Please utilize the "Forgot" buttons or email Denae Shelton, System Admin for Marshall County Schools, she can help with any issues you have if your child's school isn't available. Email: denae.shelton@marshall.kyschools.us
